How long does shipping take?

Free standard shipping within the United States: 5-7 business days. Expedited (2-3 days) and overnight options available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-day return window on unused items in original packaging. See Refund Policy for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly (we cover it in those cases).

How long do refunds take?

5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Is my suitcase covered by warranty?

Yes — every suitcase includes our Lifetime Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects (shell, wheels, handles, zippers).

Are your suitcases airline-approved?

All our carry-on suitcases meet major airline carry-on size regulations (22" x 14" x 9" in the US).

What material are your suitcases made of?

Unbreakable polycarbonate shell with aluminum-frame reinforcement on select models.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never store your card details.

Do you offer financing?

Shop Pay Installments is available on qualifying orders at checkout.
